Delivery and payment

Goods ordered from the FiveD Trade OÜ online store are delivered throughout Estonia and to selected European Union countries. Before an order is confirmed, checkout displays only the delivery methods available for that order and destination, together with their final prices.

Delivery in Estonia

  • DPD parcel locker — €5
  • Unisend parcel locker — €5
  • SmartPosti parcel locker — €5
  • SmartPosti courier — €8

Large, heavy or locker-incompatible shipments are delivered by courier to the address entered by the customer. Please check the address, postal code and telephone number before confirming the order.

Free delivery in Estonia from €499

When the product subtotal is at least €499, SmartPosti courier delivery in Estonia is free. The free option appears automatically at checkout when the order meets the condition.

Delivery to European Union countries

Standard delivery to selected European Union countries costs €25. Standard delivery is free when the product subtotal is at least €1,199.

Delivery is currently available to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on the destination country and postal code.

Delivery time and final delivery method

Delivery time depends on product availability, order processing, the destination and the transport partner. When an estimated delivery time is available, it is shown at checkout before payment. If fulfilment is delayed or a product will not be available as expected, we will notify the customer by email or telephone.

Unless a separate deadline has been agreed, we deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Order tracking and collection

If the transport partner provides tracking, the tracking information is sent to the customer's email address or telephone. A parcel delivered to a locker must be collected within the storage period set by the transport partner. Additional costs caused by repeated delivery or return due to the customer may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or undelivered shipment

If a parcel is visibly damaged, please take photographs and write to info@fived.ee as soon as possible. Include the order number, a description of the damage and photographs of the packaging and product. If the order has not arrived by the agreed deadline, we will check its status with the transport partner.

Payment

Orders can be paid through Montonio using Estonian bank links and debit or credit cards when the relevant payment method is available at checkout. Payment takes place in a secure payment environment. FiveD Trade OÜ does not store the customer's full bank card details.
