Consumers have the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded in the fived.ee online store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases provided by law.

Submit a withdrawal notice online

Complete the form below. The form can be used throughout the 14-day withdrawal period. After receiving the notice, we will send confirmation of receipt and return instructions to your email address.

Alternatively, you may send a clear withdrawal notice to info@fived.ee. Include your name, order number, returned product and the email address to which you want confirmation sent.

After submitting the notice

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. The direct return costs are borne by the customer unless the goods were sent incorrectly, damaged or defective.

The returned goods must be complete. The consumer is responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Refund

We will refund the payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within the period prescribed by law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of sending them back.
